Co-creation research and usability testing
Planned research session, created discussion guides and usability testing scripts. Created client presentations and reports communicating research outcomes and prioritized issues for design iterations.
Design framework
From concept development, collaborative sketching session to detailed design and specifications. Created a design framework that is responsive and flexible to accommodate different content needs.
Documantation and development support
Worked closely with the development team to help bringing the first version into Lord Abbett ecosystem of internal tools.
We talked to, sketched and brainstormed with 37 Lord Abbet's employeess to understand current behaviors, pain points and unmet needs.
Based on our learnings, we sketched and prototyped a ‘Product Dashboard’ using an on-going user testing rounds to define what data & information does it show
